Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

I have had this belt for a year now and I’ve put it through it’s paces. I shoot USPSA, IDPA, and PCSL all of which wearing this belt. Alot of the competition shooting guys have different belt setups for each sport and competition specific belts. I wanted a belt that could be setup once and run all the shooting sports. This belt has been more than adequate for everything I’ve needed and had had no issues with durability being thrown in a truck bed, rolled around on the ground with, and overloaded with equipment constantly. I would definitely recommend this belt to any friends that are looking for a new do anything belt setup.

I love this belt system. The inner portion can be used as an EDC belt that is lightweight and unobtrusive…great to wear in the summer with dress shorts. The outer portion is super heavy duty, but still light as a feather. Tons of options for mag pouches, IFAK or dump pouches. I even ordered an additional inner in a different color. Customer service was attentive and quick.
