Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

I bought this belt in December of 2023 for LE use. Multiple times a day I transition from covert to operational and back. The belt still shows low wear. I love its light weight and slick profile. I was concerned about the thinness of the molle material at purchase, but it seemed to hold up ok.
Today, May 20, 2025, After a year and a half of regular use, my holster got caught on something while exiting a car during vehicle cqb training. Merely turning my hips to prepare to run completely broke both the top and bottom portion of one molle section. It looks like they were snapped, they were not torn. I was using a true north concepts holster mount. Luckily that mount uses two sections of molle so the holster didn’t completely fall off. While not totally catastrophic, it did make the holster much easier to catch on other things and it flopped around while running. The break happened at the bar tacks separating the molle sections.
This appears to be a material failure. The mount is aluminum with no sharp edges and the belt material primarily made contact with the rubber spacer set between the pieces of the mount. The lower section and adjacent section don’t show any wear that would cause tearing. Neither shows signs of wear that might cause the same failure.
I think similar stresses would be put on these same parts of the belt while doing anything prone or in close quarters. And of course this made me concerned for the entirety of the belt.
While I really liked the features of this belt, I can’t recommend this particular model for duty use after this sort of failure during training. I have photos of the failed molle section and intact section if Blue Alpha wants them for feedback.

I used this product, alongside the Velcro inner belt, for approximately 1 year in a uniformed LEO position (8-16 hours a day in full kit). During this time the belt was flawless. My daily setup was, Glock 19, baton, med pouch, handcuffs, m4 mag pouch (generally empty, filled when needed) with a folding dump pouch hung under, and two pistol mag pouches. With this gear the belt plus inner combo was plenty stiff to hold the gear while being thin and flexible enough to move as needed when required. Going from a 1.75 battle belt in prior employment, to a standard issue 2″ leather belt on the job back to 1.75 belt really highlighted how nice it is to have less bulk around your waist.
If your job allows it, buy it.

Almost a year of ownership and its still holding up great. Lightweight but the rigidity is about the same. The laser cut molle allows a good variety of options. The m81 Woodland camo looks nice as well. 100% satisfied with my purchase.

I created an account here just to talk about how much I like this belt. I’m really blown away by the quality here, stitched by machine/hand right here in the USA, made to order, no loose threads or anything sticking out on the seam. While it says it can take 10-15 business days, they had my belt ready to ship in about 2-3. I previously used a 1.5″ belt with questionable velcro just good enough to run USPSA and Two Gun matches. This one distributes weight much more evenly around my hips and my body hurts far less at the end of a long day. Very very sturdy, it really does not move while you’re on the run which is the what you want an outer battle belt to be like. Size wise, I ordered a 36 as it’s the same size as my pants which is maybe a touch big with golf shorts but I’d rather have the extra room and the velcro still stays locked in place. Molle all the way around is a smart choice vs just an option for a mag carrier which slides which can move around. Yes it is tight but it’s preferable versus loose. Inner belt is also definitely sturdy enough you could comfortably use it to concealed carry. Definitely a claim with merit by them and not just trying to be an added value selling point.
I also wanted to highlight the superb customer service side of Blue Alpha here which I was very pleased with. My belt was shipped via USPS and appeared to be lost in transit after a week of no movement. I reached out to BA to see if they could get this resolved. BA responded to me within 2 hours, contacted USPS, and got right to work on shipping me a complete replacement of my belt via UPS expedited. They were fully willing to even pay for the return label should I have received two belts. Pretty great experience start to finish.
