Your Duty Belt is made to order. Typically ships in 7-10 days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

I bought the non-molle version with the polymer cobra buckle and switched from a 2.25 leather duty belt. I switched primarily because I wanted something stiffer than leather and the Blue Alpha LEO duty belt is one of the few nylon two piece belts that comes in at 2” wide. I’m very happy that I made the switch because the belt definitely is stiff and it’s much lighter than my old leather belt. I used some double sided hook and loop one-wrap to help hold my gear in place on the belt since most of my duty kit is non-molle and it worked like a charm. Big fan of Blue Alpha’s work now.
