EDC Belts typically ship in 2-5 Business Days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
If you need a size smaller than 28 or larger than 48, select the option “Other Size Not Listed (Add Size to Order Notes)” in the drop down menu. It is very helpful to us if you give us a measured size through your loops as well as your pants size in the order notes. Be sure to specify which number is which. Please allow a couple extra days for custom sizes to ship.
EDC belts, including the Low Profile and Hybrid, have a lifetime warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

Not sure what is better, the customer service or the belt. But, that’s a good problem to have! Love both and would for sure recommend. Sizing is a bit intimidating and clearly something they go through often, so they made the return process simple and did the best they could making everything clear on the website. I’m still the annoying customer who asked about sizing, and they didn’t just blow me off like many companies would. Velcro belt system takes some time getting used to, I’m still working on figuring out how I like to wear it. But it’s killer for sure and strong as can be! Oh, and American made!! Stop reading reviews and buy one!
