Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

Both. Owners run this belt in USPSA, IDPA, and PCSL competition, as a duty belt, on SWAT and tactical teams, and as daily EDC. The rigid Tegris core holds duty gear securely while staying 40% lighter than a traditional battle belt.

I was stuck between this and the Bison, and I\’m so glad I went with this belt. Firstly, finding things in MCT is more difficult than it should be but Blue Alpha did it, and did it well. The quality of the belt is fantastic, it\’s feather light but still exceptionally rigid so nothing sags. I was concerned about the polymer buckle but it honestly is easier to manipulate than a metal cobra buckle. The inner belt is great too and they swapped it out for a neutral color which is rad. I think that\’s the most important piece, the customer service, which is second to none. Every interaction I\’ve had with Blue Alpha has been nothing but positive which is difficult to say in 2026. 11/10 experience would buy again. @a_z_shooting
