Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.

Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). I’ve been utilizing this belt for only about a month now but I’ve become fairly fond of it in that time. It’s rigid enough to support the gear on it without being so stiff as to be uncomfortable. The MOLLE design on it is easy to work your attachment method through and keeps things relatively secure, though anything affixed with single attachment has some wiggle room.
My only complaints are wishing the velcro continued further along the belt at points, particularly the ends so it’s more secure when you run the folded ends back. Additionally would like just a little more height (top to bottom) to the velcro for more security.
Overall the belt is a big improvement to me over previous belts I’ve used from other companies which were more heavy duty, with an emphasis on heavy. Granted I’ve only been using it a month so far, so I’m interested in how it will hold up over continuous use. As it stands right now, I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants a belt that is surprisingly lightweight but also still provides stability for your gear.

I purchased the 2″ MOLLE Duty Belt Lite as an upgrade to my existing duty belt, and it has absolutely been an upgrade. Not having to use belt keepers anymore has been a huge plus, the belt stays in place exceptionally well throughout a full shift.
Build quality and performance are excellent. I also upgraded to the aluminum COBRA buckle, which was well worth it for the added durability and confidence it provides. The belt is comfortable, secure, and holds gear exactly where it should without shifting.
Highly recommend this belt for anyone looking to upgrade their duty setup with quality gear that performs as advertised.

I’ve worn the same Bianchi Accumold for many years now and figured it was time to invest in a good quality duty belt because I was starting to develop back pain and had constant pressure on my hips. I’ve read many positive reviews about Blue Alpha and so I decided to pull the trigger on this belt.
I was incredibly impressed from the moment I got the belt. When I received my package, I almost didn’t believe the duty belt was in there. It’s incredibly lightweight yet very sturdy. I still wear suspenders for my belt to help with my back pain but it’s basically completely gone and there is absolutely no pressure on my hips anymore. This is my first molle belt and I wish I would have switched sooner. I hated how much pouches moved around nearly every time I took off my belt and thankfully I don’t have that problem anymore. Everything is exactly where it was last time I wore it.
I really appreciate the fact that Blue Alpha provided good options for the buckles instead of messing around with trying to create their own buckles or outsourced cheap ones. I went with the GT Cobra to test it out before I swapped it for the aluminum one I already had and I was really impressed. It seems like it’s very good quality, very snug and secure and while this isn’t important, it looks great.
While this is a short-term review, I will happily update it in a year or two from now after it’s gotten some heavy use to see how it held up. From what I’ve read, it seems like I’ll be happy with my purchase for years to come. I’ve been so happy with my purchase already that I’m waiting for some pouches to come in. Can’t wait to swap out some of the current ones I have to test Blue Alpha’s out!

I’ve used this belt for about 4 months now and it’s not the worst I’ve worn but I wish I’d bought the other 2” molle duty belt blue alpha has instead of the Lite. For reference I’m very small framed officer on the road taking calls for a busy city dept for 15 years now. It has taken a toll on my body and I’m always looking for better and lighter duty belts/gear to help with the neck and back issues caused by carrying all the weight we do at my size. This was one of the few 2” duty belts I could find with molle which was a big reason I went with it. The molle is useful and something my last duty belt didn’t have. This belt is very lightweight, definitely the lightest belt I’ve used which is great. The cons out weigh the pros for me though. The belt is the thinnest I’ve worn but it seems that makes it dig into my hip sharper and pinches more than my last belt did which I didn’t expect and really sucks. The inner belt is already starting to have the Velcro part pull away from the nylon at the stitching. I’ve only worn it for 4 months which makes me worry it will not hold up to long term use on the road. The buckle of the outer belt has got stuck many times and will not release which is frustrating when you’re trying to get it off quickly. I’ve never had a duty belt buckle not function like this when trying to unclip the buckle before. Maybe the plastic buckle I received was a lemon because it’s strange it does that so often. Overall the quality and durability is not what I expected at this price range for a duty belt. It’s not a terrible duty belt but for the high price with the issues I’ve had with it, I wish would have gone with something else.

I just received this item and am very impressed with it so far. Very light weight and clearly built with high quality. The adjustability is nice and the sizing guide provided by Blue Alpha nailed it providing me with a perfect fit. Highly impressed and will be back for more gear!
