Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

I have a very small waist and had trouble finding a battle belt that works for me. This belt is the only one I’ve found that actually adjusts well enough to fit me. All my pouches mounted up great with some velcro one-wrap as well. If your a smaller guy(or gal) this is the belt you need!

This is truely one of the finest belts I’ve owned. I’ve no issues with the composite cobra buckle. My UBL fastened with one wrap is solid and feels like part of the belt. Great job, I’ll be picking up another one here soon.
