If you purchased a Blue Alpha belt and it does not fit, we will exchange your belt for a different size for free within the first 30 days.
Included in the package with your new belt will be a return label and a bubble mailer for you to use to return your original belt.
Typically ships in 2-3 business days.

Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or canโt decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
If you need a size smaller than 28 or larger than 48, select the option โOther Size Not Listed (Add Size to Order Notes)โ in the drop down menu. (Not available for Battle Belt Lite or Duty Belt Lite.) It is very helpful to us if you give us a measured size through your loops as well as your pants size in the order notes. Be sure to specify which number is which. Please allow a couple extra days for custom sizes to ship.
EDC belts, including the Low Profile and Hybrid, have a lifetime warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects. Battle and Duty belts, including the Low Profile inner, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

I love you guys there customer service is exceptional had a hard time finding the right fit for my belt and had to exchange it 3 times to find the right fit but they made the exchanges and process super quit and easy I had no issues all three times

Had purchased a Low Profile EDC belt in a size that fit, but was too tight if I used an IWB holster. Blue Alpha made it extremely easy to request, receive and return the belt for a different size. Then new size works perfectly and am beyond pleased with the belt and the service. Thank you.

The belt that I received was a bit on the tight side and I thought to myself, โGreat, how difficult is it going to be to exchange it?โ. Well, let me tell you that they surprised me again with their service. It was by far the easiest exchange process that I have ever dealt with.
On Friday August 19, I got on the site and filled out the exchange order explaining what I needed done and submitted the order at 8:50pm. On Monday August 22, the new belt was made and shipped! I received the replacement belt on August 25! They included a self addressed, prepaid package to return the other belt.
